At Lift Schools, teaching assistants play a key role in helping every pupil learn, grow and succeed. You'll work alongside teachers to create a classroom where everyone feels safe to try, ask questions and make progress.

Your Role and Impact

You'll help pupils access learning and build the skills they need to thrive. Your support will make a real difference to young people every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll guide pupils through lessons, run small-group sessions, and help create a calm and positive space for learning. You'll work closely with teachers, SEND staff and families to make sure every child gets what they need. Does building trusted relationships and solving real problems for pupils sound like your kind of day?
